Preparing for CAT
CAT (Common Admission Test) is held for admissions in top B-Schools in India. It is considered one of the toughest entrance examinations in the whole world. The CAT is scheduled to be held on the 17th of Novemeber. Have started the preps from Aug 1. I need to join a good test series along with the preps. I hope to build some web-apps that might helps people in the preparations and where people may come and discuss if they like. Lets see how things turn out.

Saturday Cricket
Every saturday morning, we head out for playing cricket. Nothing special? But I come to fing it special in many ways. Rather than staying at home doing nothing or going to the office, its a break from the regular routine. Moreover, games are an important way of learning and enculcating productive habits easily and without any major risks (compared to the learning in the real world). The playground becomes a lab where we can reinvent ourselves. Given a challenging situation, we may just give away to it or rise to the occassion and deliver. Today I tried to do it and loved it. Batting and bowling require persevernce. The key is oft repeated word - “Dont Quit” - to never giveup. Knowing and learning the same thing are two different things. Its easy to learn when we are in the playground and we get a live demo.
